RECEPTIONIST / FLEET CARD COORDINATOR

Basic Purpose:

Daily support of employees, daily communication with customers, vendors – via phone, daily communication with fleet customers: existing and potential, support of fleet system, scanning invoices to BW.


Key Activities:


  • Welcoming guests, answering telephone calls
  • Office supply orders
  • Administration and maintenance of company fleet cards
  • Customers, cards and contracts database maintenance and development
  • Communication and solving issues with customers
  • Cooperation with other third parties (card system supplier, card manufacturer etc.)
  • Providing support other colleagues
  • Invoice scanning to Basware
  • mail administration/distribution
  • supplier management (travelling, hotels, cattering)
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements


  • Advanced English, Hungarian is Advantage
  • MS Office literacy
  • Previous experience in logistics administration
  • Reliability, accuracy, professional appearance
  • Detail orientation, stress resistance
  • Highly developed communication skills
